All rooms reservations must be made in advance and directly to Kanbawza Hinthar Hotel's reservation email or through official documents by hand.

All reservations are subject to room availability at the time of booking.

Our standard check-in time is 14:00 Hours and check-out time is 12:00 Hours.

Early check-in and late check-out must be advised upon reservation and subjected to availability of rooms.

Additional charges will be applied to unauthorized late check-out.

Complimentary for children under the age of 10, sharing the room with the parents or guardian, limited to one child per room.

We provide no other additional services for children under the age of 10.

Cancellations are valid only when acknowledge and confirmed by the hotel authorized person.

Cancellation notified 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date will be charged 50% of total accommodation reserved.

Cancellation notified 7 days prior to the confirmed arrival date will be charged 75% of total accommodation reserved.

Cancellation notified 3 days prior to the confirmed arrival date will be charged 100% of total accommodation reserved.
